Shou-Chih Lo received the B.S. degree in computer science from National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan, in 1993, and the Ph.D. degree in computer science from National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan, in 2000. He joined the Computer & Communication Research Center at National Tsing Hua University in 2000 as a Postdoctoral Fellow. Since 2004, he has been with the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering of the National Dong Hwa University in Taiwan, where he is currently an Associate Professor. His research interests are in the area of mobile and wireless networks. Dr. Lo has engaged in academic activities for more than ten years. During this period, he helps to organize some local conferences/workshops in Taiwan, serves as a TPC for many international conferences, and is frequently invited to review journal papers. He has been an IEEE senior member.
